**BILLING POLICY**

1. You may use the premium services provided by the Administrator to promote your announcements and attract more users to them.

2. The Administrator offers premium services such as Boost Plans and Top Ads Promo packages. By purchasing a Boost Plan, your announcements will be elevated and displayed across various sections or regions. Top Ads will be placed in a prominent position above standard announcements. Detailed information on the duration, pricing, payment methods, and other conditions for premium services can be found at: [https://cartntrade.com/payments/pack

3. To order premium services, visit [https://cartntrade.com/payments/pack or select your preferred service when creating an announcement. If using the mobile application, visit the "Premium Services" section in your Profile or choose a premium service while creating an announcement.

4. When ordering premium services, you can choose the most convenient payment method. If paying by card, bank transfer, or eWallet, you will be redirected to the checkout page of the relevant payment processor. All payment information entered will be secure, and the Administrator will only receive information related to the payment. If you choose to pay by cash, you will receive payment details to present at your nearest bank branch.

5. The Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the features, types of premium services, fees, and acceptable payment methods at any time for any reason.

6. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all fees paid for premium services are non-refundable due to the online nature of the services. You acknowledge and agree that no prorated refunds will be made if your announcement violates the Terms of Use and is removed, or if you deactivate an announcement yourself.

7. The Top Ads Promo package is valid for 12 months from the purchase date (the “Service Validity Period”). If you fail to use the Top Ads Promo package within this period, you acknowledge and agree that you will lose the right to use it, and you will not be entitled to a refund, compensation, or replacement.

8. Premium services are not subscription-based, and you must manually renew them each time you need to use them.

9. The Administrator does not guarantee specific results from premium services and will not be liable if the services do not meet your expectations.

**Credits**

10. You can purchase credits on the Platform (the “Credits”), which may only be used to pay for premium services. When paying for premium services, 1 Credit will be equivalent to 1 unit of your local currency.

11. Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase (the “Credits Validity Period”). If unused within this period, the credits will expire, and you will not be entitled to a refund, compensation, or replacement.

12. You agree that purchased Credits hold no monetary value and do not constitute currency or property. They cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged for money or any other form of value.

13. You may not buy or sell Credits or your account in exchange for money or any other form of value, except as specified by the Administrator.

14. All Credits may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Administrator. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
   - Your account has been inactive (i.e., not used or logged into) for one year.
   - You fail to comply with the Terms (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy).
   - There is suspicion of fraud or misuse of the Credits or service.
   - Suspected unlawful activity associated with your account.
   - The Administrator takes action to protect the service, its users, or its reputation.

15. You will not receive any monetary compensation or other compensation for unused Credits if your account is closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
